My aunt (who is black) was recently hired by a hotel, she wears her hair natural, usually in kinky twists or curls with a head band. It isn't wild looking or anything of the sort but her boss says that they are unprofessional and that she has to straighten it or wear a wig.

BTW, she can't wear braids either, it has to be straight and worn down or in some type of updo.

Kinky curly hair is gorgeous. If she is taking care of it, and it's clean there is no reason why she should not be able to wear her hair in its natural wave.

Not at all. There are so many different ways to style kinky hair. I have very fine hair, but if I don't "nip tuck" it, I let it just be long and kinky at times. Other times I might straighten it a bit.
